Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility, a training proposal for an evolving school and a constantly changing world

We know that the world today is not the one we knew a few years ago. The pandemic by COVID-19(female Added to the acceleration of the processes of globalization of the economy and culture, they have marked a before and after in all areas, educational spaces in general being particularly affected.

Today we are talking about a school that faces every day unprecedented challengeswhere high uncertainty, immediacy, volatility and digitization are inescapable characteristics of a context that shakes and forces rethink the methods of conduct and educational management. In this sense, it is imperative to work on adaptability and flexibility to manage change in an integral way, combining being, feeling, thinking and doing, to be more comfortable in the discomfort of permanent movement, and especially to accompany the educational teams on this path of evolution and growth.

From Ticmas We want to work with principals, supervisors and educational leaders so that they can navigate this transformation from enrollment to action. That’s why he Wednesday, March 15 at 5:30 p.m. in Argentina (2:30 p.m. from Mexico) we will be offering an open and free workshop led by Daniela Andradea curious and innovative professional who specializes in facilitating conversation spaces with an agile methodology to address cultural transformation.

“It is essential to start by making visible the impact of change on ourselves and our teams, then to find the minimum viable actions that allow us to continue to move forward in an uncertain context, with an organic approach to change that connects our past, our present and future,” he points out. Andrada.

When we think about education and change, we find a unique opportunity: to redefine and rewrite traditional school patterns in the face of change. The good news is that we won’t do this alone, it’s important to network, understanding that we are all connected in one way or another by the frameworks that career paths and culture provide us. During the workshop, we will share concepts, conversations and tools so that each principal builds with his colleagues a plan to follow to face the change of the school.

In order to prepare for this training meeting, we asked Andrada what we needed to develop as Directors and Educators. His answer was paradoxical and very revealing, “in a world in constant motion, we need a strong attachment to our values, to have the stability and the clarity necessary to trust and support a vision that guides us and A good starting point is to start by thinking about which remains unchanged even in times of change, being an unalterable base on which to pivot. From there, encourage us to generate powerful conversations that challenge us and promote a new way of doing things in a world that does not stop… And from this design, take action »

For this purpose, we invite school principals to share a space for personal and community reflection, in which we will carry out activities to design our actions in change and we will provide tools to be a little more comfortable in the discomfort of uncertainty, and – from here – accompany others in their own discomfort to build tomorrow’s education today.

The proposal is by zoom, open to the educational community in general, with limited quotas. Inscription
