In Ecuador, a public transport bus crashed on Tuesday and left at least three dead and 18 injured, according to the Integrated Security Service ECU 911.

Those affected “are being cared for by medical personnel from the Ministry of Health and the Ecuadorian Red Cross and transferred to the respective health houses, both in Catamayo and Loja, for a more specialized assessment,” details ECU 911 in a note. sent to Citizen Free Press.

The incident occurred on the Loja-Catamayo road, in the province of Loja, in the south of the country.
