Colombia registered this Tuesday 28,849 new infections of covid-19, for a total of 5,596,917 people who have contracted the disease, and 138 deaths that bring to 131,268 the number of fatalities that the pandemic has left in the country.
According to the daily report of the National Institute of Health (INS), there are still 155,489 active cases and 5,290,934 people have recovered from this deadly virus.
Meanwhile, in Atlántico, 625 new infections and two deaths were registered: 1 in Galapa and 1 in Baranoa. While in Barranquilla the cases were 1,290 and 2 people died.
In the last 24 hours, 92,848 samples were processed: 41,914 PCR and 50,934 antigen.
Avoid getting infected
The World Health Organization (WHO) warns that contagion can occur anywhere, so it is vital to maintain biosecurity measures.

It can be spread by contact with the keys. At the end of the transaction you must disinfect your hands with alcohol or wash them with soap and water. You should not spray anything on the keys because it can damage them.

If you are one of those who regularly attend gyms, it is best to disinfect each of the machines you use. Avoid running your hands over your face. When you get home, change your clothes and wash your hands.

Windows should be down for good ventilation. Occupants must wear masks and hand disinfection must be done after handling door locks and handles.
Shopping
Making a market can become a risk point for contracting covid-19. Avoid making contact with other people, always wear a mask and keep a minimum distance of two meters from others. If you see that the establishment is full and does not meet the established capacity, it is best not to enter and look for another place that does. When you get home wash the bags, disinfect your hands with soap and water and change your clothes.
