In the United States, the Supreme Court is considering reversing the right to abortion nationwide. A constitutional right anchored in law since 1973. Le site du journal Politico made revelations in this sense, but the Supreme Court did not communicate on the exact content of the legislative text studied. While the right may not be completely abolished, serious restrictions on access to abortion would be on the verge of being put in place (as is already the case in many States). Still, these revelations provoked a strong protest, joined by Senator Elizabeth Warren. The ex-candidate for the presidential election descended to demonstrate in front of the Supreme Court on Tuesday May 3, unleashing his anger, as shown by videos relayed by the Daily Mail.

It is a visibly shaken Elizabeth Warren who said she was “angry”, “upset” and “determined” that such a law does not pass. The politician attacked the Conservatives directly, accusing them of having cleverly prepared their coup. According to her, the conservatives have been “plotting” for decades to have a “majority of (conservative) justices on the Supreme Court” in order to ratify a law “which the majority of Americans do not want”.
