A new change in privacy policies arrived at the Instagram platform, as confirmed by the CEO of the company, Mark Zuckerberg, who gave some advice for the use of the social network.
A notification message will now be sent every time a user takes a screenshot of temporary messages, which will be seen within private Instagram direct conversations.
That is why the founder of Facebook has been insisting for some time that Internet users must protect the privacy of their chats on the platform. “The new update for end-to-end encrypted Messenger chats contains that you get a notification if someone takes a screenshot of a message that disappears,” Zuckerberg said via his Facebook account, advising those who wish to make a screen of the talks, notify your interlocutor.
For now, the new change will only be available in the United States, and it is expected that in the coming months the change will be enabled in Latin America and Europe.
