Apple to launch new 24-inch iMac and MacBook Pro in October, according to rumor
Apple could launch a new 24-inch iMac later this month. In the Power On newsletter, Bloomberg analyst Mark Gurman says he has received information that the company plans to launch a new Mac device at the end of October.
He points out that if you try to buy an iMac, a 13-inch MacBook Pro and other Pro models, several configuration options are not available for delivery until November, suggesting preparation for the arrival of a new model.
Mark Gurman forecast
According to Gurman’s forecast, the next devices in line to be updated would be the 13-inch MacBook Pro and the iMac, both of which have been without major revisions for quite some time. They would now feature the company’s latest M3 processor.
Even so, these additions would not be very significant. Gurman comments that the changes shouldn’t be significant, apart from updating the processors and other improvements to the displays.
According to him, the real change would be in the iMac Pro of 2025 and then the MacBook Pro with OLED screen scheduled for 2026. However, there is no forecast for these launches.
According to Mark Gurman Twitter Post
If Mark Gurman’s prediction is true, Apple has a long list of launches in 2024. In addition to the iMac and the 13-inch MacBook Pro, the company is also expected to unveil the Apple Vision Pro and the traditional next-generation iPhones.
