Warriors fall to Hawks in return of Stephen Curry

The Golden State Warriors lost on Sunday in the NBA to the Atlanta Hawks despite having their megastar on the floor.

Two days after being crushed by a 53-point difference by Toronto , Stephen Curry returned to the Golden State Warriors with 37 units that did not prevent a new defeat of his team by 117-111 against the Atlanta Hawks . The 33-year-old Curry prevailed in the star bases duel with young Trae Young , who was down to just 13 points on 3/11 shooting from the field.

On this occasion it was the centers Clint Capela ( 24 points and 18 rebounds ) and the Italian Danilo Gallinari ( 25 points and 10 rebounds ) who supported the Hawks , who add their third straight victory and are in fourth place in the East. The Warriors , for their part, have been beaten in 12 of their last 16 games and are in 10th place in the West , outside of the playoffs. Results of the day:

  • Chicago Bulls 115-107 Brooklyn Nets
  • LA Clippers 104-86 LA Lakers
  • Boston Celtics 116-86 Charlotte Hornets
  • Philadelphia 76ers – Memphis Grizzlies 100-116
  • Atlanta Hawks 117-111 Golden State Warriors
  • Houston Rockets 115-122 New Orleans Pelicans
