The Association of Spanish Footballers (AFE) has promoted a conference under the name ‘Maternity and conciliation in football‘, in which he will encourage analysis, reflection and debate on this question, which was already at the center at the time of the negotiation of the first Collective Agreement for First Division soccer players. Divided into three different blocks, it will have legal experts, two players and several specialized journalists.

The conference, which will take place between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm this Thursday, it can be followed through the AFE YouTube channel and its Twitter account. María José López, co-director of the AFE legal department, will be in charge of directing and moderating the talk, which will begin with as protagonists Alexandra Gómez, FIFPro legal advisor, and Emilio García Silvero, Head of Legal Affairs at FIFA.

Later, it will be the footballers themselves who will take the floor. Tamara Carrillo and Olga Chaves, who hung up their boots to be mothers, will be able to tell their experiences and what the main aspects should be to be addressed in terms of motherhood and conciliation.
