Moments of uncertainty in the world of cycling due to the state of health of Johnny Carera, swiss agent that represents great stars of the international squad, as is the case of Tadej Pogacar and Vincenzo Nibali.
Last Friday night, Carera (56 years old) suffered a serious traffic accident when, according to reports from the authorities, a truck traveling in the opposite direction on the A4 motorway in Agrate Brianza, near Milan, he hit the Swiss’s vehicle.
Carera, which remains in intensive care, suffers head, back and limb injuries, and had to be rescued from his own car by firefighters as he remained trapped after the collision.
It should be noted that the truck driver presented obvious signs of having consumed alcohol but he did not suffer serious injuries like those of Carera.
The cycling world and runners such as Niccolo Bonifazio, Pello Bilbao, Fausto Masnada, Giulio Ciccone and Valerio Conti, represented by the Carera agency, are already praying for the recovery of the charismatic agent.
