The season gets complicated every day for LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers. The one from Akron will be forced to miss several games after entering the NBA’s health and safety protocols related to Covid-19.

Lakers have reported the situation without specifying whether the player is positive or just close contact from a positive. If positive, he would have to quarantine for 10 days, a period in which he could not carry out any physical activity, and then he would have to pass the relevant tests set by the league in order to return to the game.

LeBron has already missed half of his team’s games (11 of 22) this season, almost all of them due to injury except for one who did not play when he was suspended for the first time in his career after suffering his second expulsion as a player of the NBA.

The loss of James, who is vaccinated, will mean that he will not be able to play today against the Sacramento Kings, although he will surely have to lose more games.
