February 2021 has become a key month for each team to set their goals for the end of the season. Some of them have been lucky enough to have streaky players in their ranks, who have contributed to important wins.

In the absence of a final round, these are the candidates who would be chosen for LaLiga Player of the Month, thanks to their goals, assists and good performances.

José Luis Morales (Levante)

The ‘Commander’ has been one of the most important players this month for his team. He has been key in prestigious victories, such as Real Madrid (on January 30) and Atlético. He has scored four goals in the last 30 days and with his double against Granada he avoided defeat in Granota.

Without a doubt, he has known how to celebrate his renewal with Levante well.

Alexander Isak (Real Sociedad)

If there has been a footballer who has stood out this month, it is Isak. The Swedish striker from Real Sociedad has added seven goals to his locker in the last month and his goals have been decisive in the last six matches of the Basque team.

Noteworthy is a double against Cádiz, the winning goal against Getafe and a hat-trick against Alavés.

Messi (Barcelona)

The goals of the Argentine have been key for Barça to have achieved a positive streak in the League – until the game against Cádiz-. Messi has scored in these last days up to seven goals and has given an assist. The good results of the Barça depend a lot on the state of form of Leo.

Borja Iglesias (Betis)

The ‘Panda’ has recovered the scoring nose that characterized him when he signed for Betis and that he had not yet found at Villamarín. In the last four games he has scored three goals, which have served to beat Osasuna and Getafe by the minimum.

He also saw the door in the defeat against Barça. Without a doubt, his success is contributing to the fact that the Verdiblancos are already fighting for European positions.

Yassine Bounou- Bono (Sevilla)

The goalkeeper of the Sevilla team has thrown the lock, he has been in the league for five games without picking up a ball from his goal net. In February (and on the last day of January) neither Eibar nor Getafe nor Huesca nor Osasuna have managed to beat him.

This solidity under sticks has been key for Sevilla to dream of winning this championship.
