Actor Ethan Suplee (Mallrats and My name is Earl) loses 113 kilos to show off abs: he tells his secret

Ethan Suplee, who is the son of fellow actor Bill Suplee (he’s Willie, the one-eyed mailman in ‘My Name is Earl’, admits in ‘Men’s Health’ that heleg weighs 243 kilos (536 pounds) measuring 1.85 m.

The 44-year-old actor who has lost body fat by only 9%, has explained on Instagram the radical physical transformation with which he has impressed Hollywood.

“Last year I set myself the goal of having visible abs, this is where I came from”, I wrote Ethan Suplee showing off his muscular and defined ‘new body’ after losing 113.3 kilos.

“This year I would like visible obliques. It’s going to be a wonderfully hard year,” the actor from movies like American History X, Dogma, Titans made history, John Q, Cold Mountain or The Wolf of Wall Street pointed out as his challenge for 2022.

In an interview with the magazine ‘People’ Ethan Suplee explains that “I can’t say that losing weight has made me happier. I don’t think that’s true. I just think that achieving something that I set out to achieve has given me this volume of happiness that is quite large.”

“I have successfully lost weight on every diet I have followed for the last 20 years, but my goal was never more than that, to lose weight.
