Tamara Gorro: a separation with love and fifteen luxury chalets

Just a week ago Tamara Beanie (34) and Ezequiel Garay (35) formed one of the most mediatic and beloved marriages on social networks. Their love, televised daily, came to an end this Monday, when the young woman announced her separation from the former soccer player by surprise for everyone.

An ad that collided with the idyllic relationship that both projected on networks. In fact, on June 24, coinciding with their ninth wedding anniversary, Tamara wanted to celebrate with a surprise reboda. It was a celebration in style, in Ibiza and a secret for the footballer, who was not expecting anything.

The young couple was on vacation in Ibiza with their children Shaila (6) and Antonio (4) and some friends and family. “Yes, I want. I can assure you that it has been one of the most beautiful celebrations,” said Gorro on Instagram, his favorite social network and where he accumulates a staggering two million followers, something that reserves him a prominent place on the Olympus web.

No divorce

The couple separates –Who does not divorce–, despite admitting to love each other, and ending a twelve-year relationship together. Apart from life partners, Tamara and Ezequiel formed a tandem in business. The two are partners in three companies.

On the one hand Oneiric Play, sequel to the society that Tamara created in 2011, Esmara Events. Dedicated to the restaurant business and based in Móstoles, it is the company through which the couple manages the bar «Somos 1», the thematic venue dedicated to football, which they both set up in August 2015.

The venue, located in the Orquídea street in the Madrid town of Móstoles, has suffered, according to its accounts, the consequences of the Covid-19 crisis.

The company, which has assets of almost 280,685 euros, accumulates years of losses (344,932 euros from other years) that reach their maximum in the accounts presented in 2020, with a net worth in red numbers of –456,132 euros and that are linked to the losses of the last year, in total– 128,896 euros.

In addition, the company declares a high short-term debt, which weighs down its future and reaches 460,879 euros. The accounts do not add up in the company. Onírico Play is certainly not at its best. The business figures have gone from the 262,721 euros in 2019 to the scarce 38,836 euros in 2020.

A drop in turnover of 85 percent that, however, contrasts with the high personnel costs that are still very high: 50,523 euros, far exceeding the annual turnover of the company. To this must be added another 76,549 euros included in the balance sheet as “other operating expenses”, that item always indefinite.

The company took advantage of an ERTE from March 14 to July 31, 2020, for which it received State subsidies amounting to 6,836.74 euros.

Tamara is also a partner of Shanmi Media, an advertising agency based in Toledo, whose numbers do not accompany either. The result of the last fiscal year of the company was negative. The company lost 14,774 euros in financial year 2020 and has a long-term debt of 35,000 euros.

The losses contrast with the high volume of business. The company invoiced 161,672 euros, increasing the sales of the previous year. However, as with Tamara’s other companies, the expenses “eat up” the profit. In this case, personnel costs (98,914 euros) and other operating costs (63,390 euros) weigh down its viability in the short term.

The company, in which Tamara appears as a joint administrator with a partner other than Garay, also had to submit its four employees to an ERTE.

The brick, your best business

But, without a doubt, the company that has given the couple the most joy is their real estate company. The two undertook their adventure together, embarking on the brick business through Real Estate Gargor SL.

Based in Pozuelo and dedicated to the “management of real estate property”, Tamara and Ezequiel constituted the developer in March 2019 with the “philosophy of building exclusive high quality homes”, as a “close and trustworthy” real estate agency.

They have not done badly. Its first development, “Los Altos Argentinos”, is made up of 15 luxury single-family villas of 500 square meters with a plot and swimming pool very similar aesthetically to those built in La Finca, where they established their love nest.

The promotion takes place in Torre de Conill, belonging to the municipality of Betera, an inland town located half an hour from Valencia. The urbanization is made up of 4-bedroom homes and was sold in full. With assets of 1,686,000 euros, the brick has been by far his most profitable business.

The company, whose numbers still do not reflect the success of the business, recognizes a five-year debt of 1.5 million euros. If love were not enough to unite them after this time apart that they have decided to give each other, business can be a good link for the couple, who has said “see you later and not goodbye.”
