Nana Gouvea living in the United States since 2011, she says that healthy habits are incorporated into her daily life. “I don’t drink and I don’t do drugs,” Nana Gouvea says.
Nana Gouvea, 48, keeps up a routine of training in the gym, but doesn’t give up a sweet treat every day. Remembered for her work in soap operas in the 2000s, a decade in which she also had emblematic appearances at Carnival and in the first edition of the reality show Casa dos Artistas, on SBT, the actress currently produces content for OnlyFans.
Nana says, however, that the adult content platform isn’t her only professional commitment and joining OnlyFans hasn’t made her intensify her training routine. The actress is still in the habit of exercising outdoors and at the gym and, for her, taking care of her body is not a burden.
“I work out on average five times a week. I have a personal trainer – sometimes it’s my personal trainer, sometimes it’s my boyfriend – according to my availability. I do a lot of aerobic training. I like to walk a lot, but I’m not overly careful,” says Nana, who has been living in the United States since August 2011. Her current boyfriend, American Marvin Martinez, is a physical educator and works as a personal trainer.
According to Nana, her body is a reflection of the life she leads. “I’ve never stopped taking care of myself and my physique is the result of that. I’m not particularly careful with my diet. I eat everything. Of course I don’t make a ‘mason’s plate’, but I eat everything. I work out five times a week, but I eat sweets every day. It’s sacred.”
She also believes that healthy habits have been a fundamental ally in keeping her youthful appearance. “I don’t drink or take drugs. I think this helps my metabolism and keeps my body healthy.”
When asked about her age, Nana says she’s free of anxieties.
“I turned 48 in May. That’s my real age, but I don’t think about it. The day I turned 48 was just the day after I turned 47. I’ve never had an age crisis — not when I was younger, not now. Age doesn’t cross my mind like a weight,” Nana Gouvea says.
