Eve married Bradley in Italy in 2013 and they are co-stars in the BBC Wales drama Keeping Faith.
The third and final series of the show is currently airing on the BBC, with fans praising Eve’s performance as the titular lawyer.
In December, Eve shared a heartfelt message with her followers in which she revealed that she and her family were ‘grieving’.
The star sent fans her best wishes when she disconnected from social media, but gave no further information.

Last summer, Eve revealed that she was about to leave the acting industry, to become a midwife, despite having an impressive resume.
Despite a seasoned acting career, it was only when the Keeping Faith script landed on her desk that Eve gave showbiz another chance, which paid off.
“I was having a little wobble,” he told the Express. “Everything was a bit the same and I’m the type of character who likes to be challenged.
“I’ve been doing this job for over 20 years and I was thinking of doing something completely different.”
The Welsh star was fascinated by the work of the sonographers she met during routine scans when she was pregnant herself. He even signed up for a course before receiving the Keeping Faith script.
Eve admitted that Keeping Faith, seeing a wife on maternity leave who wakes up one day to find out that her husband has disappeared without a trace, was ‘very special’ and had ‘that Welsh warmth, humor and love’.
The actress was raised on a number of council properties by her single mother, Jennifer, who worked two cleaning jobs in the morning and a store in the afternoon to support Eve and her older brother.
Her parents separated when she was three years old, but her Scottish father lived near Swansea.
