Ecuador’s artistic and political community is in mourning after influencers Cristhian Nieto and Nicole Burgos were murdered outside a circus in the city of Manta.
The couple left behind two children, who, apparently, were not hurt. So far, it is not known who will take care of them.
For a long time, Nieto, 34, dedicated himself to activism and altruism. He became famous for broadcasting videos in which he helps homeless people, as well as citizens with addictions.
His work in the social field led him to join the political party Revolución Ciudadana, of which he was a substitute legislator. Meanwhile, Nicole, like him, was a content generator and had a large group of followers.
What happened caused enormous indignation in the population, since according to local media, Cristhian was a person very well liked by a sector of the population.

The local police announced that an armed group went to shoot at the place where the activity took place. What happened not only left the politician and her husband dead, but also left multiple wounded.
