Actress Ana Hikari, 28, is loving presenting the calls for the Tomorrowland Brasil festival, which comes to an end this Saturday (14) in Itu, São Paulo. “It’s my first experience at such a big event, but I’ve already done some work as a presenter and Master of Ceremonies at other times, as a Gshow reporter for Rock in Rio or MC for corporate events, and I loved it,” she says.
“I hope this job is just the first of many as a presenter, because I’m having a lot of fun and it’s a new universe that I’ve always admired! It’s been a delight!” she says.
Ana has also had the experience of presenting a live show, Talk Five, which was a kind of Saia Justa, on GNT, commenting weekly on the episodes of the series As Five. “I feel very comfortable,” says the actress, who chose a comfortable and stylish outfit to wear on the last day of the festival.
“I brought comfortable pants, a ‘bootie’ which, despite being big, is super comfortable (and the leather is vegan!) and the blouse was a sponsor’s scarf that I improvised and made into a blouse with a necklace. I love to let my belly show, so I made a kind of cropped scarf,” she explains.
To give the look a more “fantasy” touch, Ana added some gloves. “I’m not afraid of mismatching, I think things that aren’t symmetrical are super cool, so we added a glove in each color,” she says. “I think the main thing in my outfit was the ‘boot’ to support the mud of the festival (laughs). It was the great warrior that allowed me to walk comfortably and calmly through the whole space,” she says.
The actress says that she wanted to do crazy hair, but couldn’t. “Because I was really inspired this week by the moms who did crazy hair on their kids, but there wasn’t much time with so much recording,” she admits, laughing.
On Globoplay, from 6.35pm, logged-in users can follow the festival for free. On Multishow, the shows will be broadcast from 21:35. Globo will broadcast the best moments of Tomorrowland Brasil with Kenya Sade presenting: this Saturday (14) after Altas Horas and this Sunday (15) followed by Vai que Cola.
Ana says she really enjoys electronic music when she goes out dancing with friends. “But this is my first time at a festival like Tomorrowland. I studied this universe a lot to write Tina (the role she plays in As Five). I ended up becoming a fan of the work of the artists who will be playing at the festival: Eli Iawasa (who was my main inspiration, I would spend days saving videos of her playing to memorize her moves and dances) and Binaryh, who were my teachers in DJ preparation classes during the series. Juan Paiva and I had lessons and on-set consultancy with them, because they’re a couple who play together, like Tina and Anderson in the series. They’re incredible!” he praises.
