Minneapolis Police are seeking public assistance in identifying and locating the individual in the photo.

This individual is a suspect in the shooting death that occurred Wednesday, December 1 at 626 West Broadway Ave. (21-276051) In that scene, it appears the suspect shot the adult male victim after brief verbal interaction and then fled of the scene in the minivan in the photo. Information from current investigative data indicates that the shooting may have been a random act.

The suspect in the photo is described as a black male in his late twenties, of medium build, approximately 6 feet tall with medium-length dreadlocks and a mustache. The vehicle in the picture is described as a dark minivan, possibly a Dodge Caravan, with horizontal chrome door trims and five-spoke wheels.
