More specifically, Spacey will have to answer to justice for having assaulted a man twice, events that would have taken place in London in 2005. In the same way, he is accused of having assaulted another man, who is currently about 30 years old, in August 2008 and also in the British capital.

The latest of the alleged crimes of this nature is linked to an April 2013 encounter in Gloucestershire, and the alleged victim is a man in his 30s.

As far as the accusation of abuse is concerned, the magistrates will have to pay special attention to the circumstances in which the event occurred and to hypothetical misunderstandings between the parties.
