Elon Musk posted on Twitter that if former President Donald Trump uses the platform again, the Joe Biden administration could use government agencies against Twitter
Twitter CEO Elon Musk has said the Joe Biden administration could turn federal agencies against Twitter if former President Donald Trump returns to the platform.

“It will be interesting to see how the Biden administration reacts to this. They may try to arm federal agencies against Twitter,” Musk said in a tweet posted Wednesday.

Musk’s post was in response to a user’s tweet about a rumor that Trump might start posting to Twitter and Facebook after being banned from the platforms.
And, according to the New York Post, Trump’s presidential campaign asked Facebook’s parent company, Meta, to grant him access to his social media accounts, which could indicate that the former president is planning to return.
Trump’s Twitter account was shut down following the US Capitol riot in January 2021. Elon Musk restored Trump’s personal Twitter account on November 19 after conducting a public poll.

However, Trump has yet to post anything on Twitter since his reinstatement thanks to Musk.

Trump has been active on his Truth Social account, the former president’s own social media platform that he created when Twitter banned him from posting to his platform.

In the past, Donald Trump has even told Fox News:

“I’m not going to Twitter, I’m going to stay at TRUTH. I hope Elon buys Twitter because he’s going to make it better and he’s a good man, but I’m staying on TRUTH.”

Despite that statement, however, Trump really does have a chance to come back at any time.
