WASHINGTON – President Joe Biden will announce Monday that 90% of Americans will be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine beginning April 19.
In addition, the president is expected to say that every American will have a vaccination center available within 5 miles of his home, according to White House sources who spoke to NBC News.
The federal government plans to continue expanding the availability of vaccines in pharmacy chains across the country.
