Patricia Armendáriz was born on July 14, 1955 in Comitán, Chiapas, studied the degree in Actuarial at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), within his academic training has a Master in Economic Development at Cambridge University, he also has a PhD in Economics of Employment by Columbia University.
