Under the title ” The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard ” (“Hard to Care 2″ for Latin America) the sequel to the comedy and action film ” The Hitman’s Bodyguard ” (2017), presented its first trailer and images, in which we can see the returns by Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool), Samuel L. Jackson (Pulp Fiction) and Salma Hayek (Frida), in addition to the inclusion of Antonio Banderas (The Legend of Zorro).
The film has once again been directed by Patrick Hughes (The Indestructibles 3) and in it we will see the return of Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool), Samuel L. Jackson (Pulp Fiction), Salma Hayek (Frida) and Richard E. Grant ( Could you forgive me?). They will be joined by Morgan Freeman (Invictus), Antonio Banderas (The Mask of Zorro), Frank Grillo (The Purge 2) and Tom Hopper (The Umbrella Academy).
Synopsis: The world’s strangest and deadliest couple – bodyguard Michael Bryce (Reynolds) and hitman Darius Kincaid (Jackson) – are back on another life-threatening mission. Still unlicensed and under scrutiny, Bryce is forced into action by Darius’s wife, the infamous international con artist Sonia Kincaid (Salma Hayek).
As Bryce is driven to the limit by his two most dangerous protégés, the trio is up to their necks in a global plot and soon discovers that they are all who stand between Europe and a vengeful and powerful madman played by Antonio Banderas.
The premiere of “The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard” (“Hard to Care 2” for Latin America) is scheduled for June 16, 2021 in the United States, soon in theaters in Chile.
