More than 1.12 million votes have been cast in the two January runoff, between the mail ballots and early person votes

Republican Censor. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue will face Democrats Rev. Rafael Warnock and John Osoff on January 5.

The Mail Ballot polled 481,171 votes and last week, the initial turnout was 641,924 votes.

Georgia’s high early voting numbers could be the result of a nationwide campaign on both sides of the aisle to emphasize what’s at stake: control of the upper chamber – and possibly the fate of the Democratic agenda.

This can only be a reflection of a population explosion in Georgia – the state has inhabited 1 million new voters in the last four years.

Republican Censor. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue will face Democrats Rev. Rafael Warnock and John Ossoff on January 5, respectively.
