Los Angeles police are trying to find more victims of a Granada Hills high school basketball coach accused of sexual harassment.
Gabriel Chavez, 36, of Chatsworth, was arrested on Wednesday for alleged lewd acts with a minor. Chavez is in police custody on $310,000 bond.
Chavez was coaching basketball at Granada Hills High School when police said he was involved in an inappropriate relationship with a minor. His employment at the school ended in January of this year.
According to police, Chavez has a history of employment and volunteering with various youth programs in Los Angeles.
Investigators want to identify and interview other people who have been involved with Chavez or who have seen him commit inappropriate acts.
