Quentin Tarantino: announced the last film of his career.

Quentin Tarantino had announced it a long time ago: once he would have crossed the milestone of 60 years or the 10 films made, his career in the film industry would come to an end. Like clockwork, The Hollywood Reporter has already announced that the tenth film is already in the works.

The new position will therefore put an end to the prestigious career of Tarantino, who will thus stop directing films. The new project would derive from one of his original scripts, whose title would be, for now, The Movie Critic.

Details aren’t many, but the title of the film might give us some clues. Indeed, The Movie Critic seems to be devoted to film criticism of the seventies. The new film would tell the story of Pauline Kael, journalist, writer and film critic.

Tarantino would not hide that he held this woman in high esteem and therefore decided to dedicate his last feature film to her. The project is still in the development phase, so it does not yet have any reference studies, although this could change in a few days.

Instead, the location of the film seems to be known, in one of the emblematic places of American cinema: Los Angeles. Filming is expected to begin next fall.
