Everybody loves the news, and if they’re on top of each other, they’re from”A play” and with potential content reveals, well, even more. For that, we have the “One Piece Day“, the annual event that has been held for years with a clear objective: update Luffy and co. followers on the hottest things What can you expect in the coming months? And indeed, today’s news jumped with the confirmation of the celebration date of One Piece Day 2023.
One Piece Day 2023 will be held again in July 2023
SO I leave you the information that was shared officially on the event in question (via WSJ_Manga):
- The One Piece Day 2023 event will take place over two days: July 21 and 22, 2023.
- One more time, the event will be given in streaming quality, so most likely it will be announced at a later date how it can be followed live. What has been confirmed is that they will soon be sharing more details about the event in question.
- As for what to expect from One Piece Day 2023fans of the franchise seem to have two very clear suggestions:
- The first official One Piece live-action trailer for Netflixwhich at first glance everything seems to indicate that it will come out end of summer 2023. It’s one of the biggest bets in all of IP history and there doesn’t seem to be a better setting for the reveal than the one provided by One Piece Day.
- The announcement of One Piece Pirate Warriors 5this musou-style video game that launched its fourth installment 3 years ago and which, truly, is one of the franchise’s most-received video game lines.
I did some research and many fans are convinced that the live-action trailer reveal of “One Piece” is coming, as I commented well. The truth, after beginning to emerge rumors that early internal screenings of the adaptation were a resounding failure, it’s important to give people a sense of security with all of this. For this reason, for better or for worse, I also think that it will be One Piece Day that will give us the first official look at this new Nettflix bet.
