Dylan Syer, as the 29-year-old is called, was hired by Kevin Hart in 2015 and at first he limited himself to making legitimate and authorized purchases always by his client.
But eventually he began to divert money to his bank accounts and to acquire objects of all kinds – including more than a dozen Bearbrick collectibles – that he sent by courier to his home and office.
In total, he would have made fraudulent charges totaling more than one million dollars over a period of 19 months.
Apparently, until a few days ago photos of these acquisitions could still be found on his Instagram account.
