Jimin’s solo debut is here! The BTS idol, like other of his fellow boy bands, has released his first studio album. It’s an EP which, under the title Confrontface each other in this new musical adventure.
Among the songs that are part of this album, we find genres like hip-hop and R&B with melancholy tunesas shown in the tracks Only. In others, like Free Me Pt.2assured rolling stone that you are entering a new stage of life in which “I won’t hide anymore, even if it hurts.”
Along with this project, the artist released the music video for Like crazy, a theme that makes up the tracklist up to two times: the first, mixing English and Korean; and another, entirely in the language of Shakespeare, which also entered number two in the world with more than 6,000 million views on digital platforms.
In this music video, we can see Jimin in a nightclub as the camera zooms in on him. At the beginning, two voices are heard whispering (“I think we could go on forever”; “I’m afraid it will all go away”; Trust me”). Then he is lying on the table of his living room when suddenly, a hand brings him back to the club.
Among other things, the 27-year-old sings about the bad effects of going to a wild party (feeling weird in the mirror and drinking all night and disappearing into the music and noise).
