Kylian Mbappé was the last player of the month for February received his special version in FIFA 23. It arrived yesterday, but today the first vote for the March POTMs has already started. FIFA 23 – POTM LaLiga Santander Nominees (March)
A not very promising month for FIFA 23since most of the candidates suffer from significant weaknesses or even already have special versions that the POTM should not overcome (unless surprised).
For example, Antoine Griezmann would probably have very high shooting, dribbling and passing numbers. But of course he combines four skills and three on bad leg while his path to glory has perfect stars. Although if he was the chosen one, he might be able to lift the wrong leg and be a useful low-cost option.
Raphinha is the other player I see with the best chance of being interesting for FIFA 23 Ultimate team. Because he doesn’t fail in the stars, he has the Delgado body type and his IF already combines 95 pace with 89 dribbling. It would be weird if he hit five skills or a bad leg, but his attributes could be good.
Iago Aspas also features Delgado as a body type, but it barely reaches three watermark stars and its rhythm is unbalanced against acceleration. His POTM would probably be fine as a low cost card, but I’d be quite surprised if it could be useful if you’ve already crafted a level eleven. And the rest of the candidates are even less promising.
FIFA 23 – POTM Serie A Nominees (March)
As he already has a SIF which reaches 86 on average, Rabiot would have every chance of being a good destructive midfielder if he received the POTM. Apart from the fact that due to his club and nationality, it would be easy to include him in the hybrids.
Kvaratskhelia has already received the last player of the month and though some of his attributes are poor, meets many others and stands out for its stars (four skill and five bad leg). He could take another qualitative leap to get even closer to his Future Stars.
And Kim Min Jae also came out as a POTM in FIFA 23, he was the first in Serie A. His path to glory has lost value over time, but when it appeared it was very useful despite its low cost. If he upgraded this card, he would likely be a competitive DFC.
Laurienté is unknown because he only has his Fantasy FUT (a version that is not In Form), while Udogy might surprise because he has already received a payment IF with good stats despite his low average. With the typical POTM upgrade, he could be a very solid full-back and he would take advantage of his height of 1’86.
