It seems that Microsoft is turning its back on the Los Angeles show organized by ReedPop
This Wednesday there is a lot going on today in the video game scene, and all related to Microsoft. Beyond the news of its merger with Activision Blizzard, Xbox has unleashed the heavy artillery and made some very important announcements regarding its upcoming key events. First we have the revelation of the starfield release date next to a Direct, and on the other we have confirmation of an Xbox Game Showcase for June.
A few weeks ago there was one filtration in which it was specified that Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony would not participate in the E3 2023, and the big N company was the first to confirm it with an official press release. Failing to know what PlayStation will do, It looks like Xbox won’t be signing up for the new edition of the LA show either..
Introducing Xbox games in full view
- Microsoft chose the day of Sunday June 11 to celebrate your next big Xbox Games Showcase
- This event will take place after the Summer Game Fest by Geoff Keighley and before E3 2023
- So, unless confirmed otherwise, it looks like Xbox is going to its prom just like Nintendo
- The funniest thing is that immediately following the end of this showcase, the Starfield Direct will take place
What could we announce at the Xbox Games Showcase?
It’s a safe bet that Xbox will prepare several Game Pass related announcementsalthough I for one hope they share updates on some highly anticipated first-party games that have been in development for far too long.
If we ignore Starfield, I think this event might bring news of Forza Motorsport, Infernal Blade II It’s included Declared, this role-playing and action title in a fantastic world that could become “the new Skyrim”. What are you waiting to see?
