Several children have died, media already cite at least four, as a result of a mass shooting that has taken place Saturday night at a birthday party in Dadeville, Alabama (USA), as advanced by the Fox News network. In Kentucky, a man has shot dead two people.

They identify Phil Dowdell as one of the deceased. He is the brother of the girl who organized the party.
Local media say that the shooting occurred at the birthday party of a teenager, identified as Alexis Dowdell, who was turning 16. Dadeville, about 80 kilometers northeast of Montgomery, is in eastern Alabama and is a town of just over 3,000 inhabitants.
This morning, I grieve with the people of Dadeville and my fellow Alabamians. Violent crime has NO place in our state, and we are staying closely updated by law enforcement as details emerge.
