A fatal accident early Wednesday morning in Miami Gardens halted traffic on US 441 in both directions and completely destroyed several cars.
The street known as State Road 7 in Miramar and Northwest Second Avenue in Miami Gardens had several wrecked cars and a large police presence in the William Lehman neighborhood near County Line Road.
Aerial footage showed a body on the street covered in a tarp and a car that had rammed into four other cars on the Lehman dealership lot.
Employee Greg Major said he was on his way to work when he received a call informing him of the serious accident. “The car took off. Sticks down, new cars that have been totaled, it just doesn’t look good.”
โThey say it rolled over several times, you can see there are skid marks, probably about 50 feet away,โ Major said.
