To die with your boots on is a saying come true Costa Tsobanogloubetter known as Costa Titcha South African rapper who He died this Saturday after collapsing in the middle of his concert at the Ultra Festival, just outside Johannesburg.
He was only 27 and the causes of death are under investigation.. Several videos are circulating on social media of the time the rapper was performing when he first fell. They help him up, only to collapse again shortly after.
They rushed him to the hospital, but they couldn’t do anything for him. We still don’t know what happened.

His family confirmed the sad news: “Death has tragically knocked on our door. Stealing our beloved son, brother and grandson, Constantinos Tsobanoglou (28), whom South Africa had come to love and idolize under his stage name, Costa Titch.”
“It is with great sadness that we are forced to acknowledge his passing at this time. We are grateful to the emergency services and all those present in his final hours on this earth. As a family, we are going through a difficult time as we try to make sense of what happened to us and we ask for time and space,” the family statement continued.
“The Tsobanoglou family thanks you for the love and support you have given our son and for your continued encouragement even in spirit. Please, Keep us in your prayers and be encouraged in the Lord”, they ended up expressing. And the first messages of condolences and support for the family did not take long to arrive.
The organization of the festival also shared a message showing its distress: “We are devastated by the sudden loss of beloved South African artist Costa Titch, who tragically passed away this weekend. Costa was an inspiring voice within the South African Amapiano scene: a talented rapper, dancer, songwriter, collaborator and friend of the festival. Our deepest thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to his family, friends and our entire community as they mourn this heartbreaking loss together.”
