The Colombian singer Shakira and the American group Black Eyed Peas released this Friday the video for their song “Girl like me“, a collaboration that had already been seen commenting on since June this year. One day after its premiere, the clip already has more than 5 million views on YouTube.
This is the first collaboration together and the Colombian already breaks the nets with the beauty and agility that she shows, first with an eighties outfit and aerobics-type choreography and later with her ability as a “skater” on top of a skateboard, a scene in which she is also go with a great look.
She had already uploaded a photograph with a sports outfit to her Instagram account, as a preview of what the aesthetics of the new musical production would be.

Through her social media accounts, Shakira posted the collaboration with the Americans, stating that she had a lot of fun recording the video; “I hope you like filming it as much as we do!” He wrote on his Twitter account.
“Girl like me” joined Shakira with Will.I.Am, Apl.de.ap, Taboo and J Rey Soul, the new vocalist of the group, and is part of their most recent record production, “Translation”, for the which invited other artists such as J Balvin, Becky G, Maluma, Ozuna or Nicky Jam.
The song has a contagious rhythm with elements of dancehall and the unmistakable high voice of the Colombian.
