Riot Games will come out the next March 7 next to the new episode (episode 6 act 2) an extension of the line of oni skins, a line originally released in 2020. Oni draws inspiration from ancient samurai culture and Japanese myths. According to Preeti Khanolkar (Senior Manager of Game Production) and Sean Marino (Associate Art Director), of VALORANT’s Premium Content team, the skin “is the image of an ancient, corrupted relic out for revenge.”
The skin pack will include four guns, Vandal, Ares, Bulldog and Frenzy. A new edged weapon will also be included, the Onimaru Kunitsuna, a surprising and deadly katana with very elaborate animations. All weapons will be decorated with Japanese designs, with the characteristic oni skin masks and will have firing animations and sounds designed exclusively for this pack.
The price of the pack will be 7100 valuing points which includes all the weapons, plus a spray and a keychain for the weapons. However, skins can be purchased separately.
