Thanks to GamesIndustry, we have a new vision for the UK gaming market for January 2023
Fire Emblem Engage was Nintendo’s biggest new release, finishing at number 12. However, it was an older game, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, that ranked highest for the company at number 10.
When it comes to console sales, Switch was the second best-selling platform after the PS5. GamesIndustry notes that console sales are slowing in the UK. Another shared fact is that 61% of Switch sales went to the OLED model, compared to 39% year-over-year.
