Touhou: New World it will be get an official western version, according to XSEED Games. The publisher has confirmed that it will bring the game to North America and Europe for Nintendo Switch and PC, with a PlayStation release at a later date.
Listed as a fan-made entry in the touhou project universe, Touhou: New World sees shrine maiden Reimu and mage Marisa fight the enemies invading Gensokyo. The game is developed by Ankake Spa, developers of Touhou: Scarlet Curiosity. Like this game Touhou: New World is an action RPG that features the franchise’s bullet hell layout at the heart of its gameplay.

XSEED promises that the game will be highly customizable, with skill trees and gear offering a wide selection of options. There will also be side quests as players explore Gensokyo, rewarding players with upgrades and tips to turn the tide in their favor.
Touhou: New World is the latest of several fan games set in the universe, the most recent release being the farming simulator harvest yuka for nintendo switch.
Touhou: New World it will be released in North America and Europe in the summer of 2023. It will be released digitally on Nintendo Switch and on PC via Steam. A PlayStation 4 and 5 version will follow later in 2023.
