Shift Up gave an update on the PC version of Goddess of Victory: Nikke, listing the specs you should have to run the game smoothly. Although “the development of the PC version is coming to an end”, according to the official site, there is no real date yet. However, we know that you can sync your account across multiple platforms.
As far as actual gameplay goes, the PC and mobile versions of Goddess of Victory: Nikke are the same. You will have a larger screen on the PC, as well as access to a keyboard and mouse. This might make things easier for those used to PC gaming. Regarding the specifications you must have, the minimum configurations are:
operating system: Windows 7 64 bit
Processor: Intel Core i3 or similar
Memory: 8 GB
Chart: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti
DirectX: Release 11
Minimum storage space: 10 GB
Shift Up also notes that you can technically get away with specs lower than this, but you will experience lag. As for the recommended configurations, they are:

Processor: Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB
Chart: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER / GTX 1650
DirectX: version 11
Recommended storage space: 20 GB
Since you can sync and access your accounts at any time, as long as you register the devices, all your information will remain regardless of what platform you play on. This means that if you started on mobile and then transferred to PC, all of your characters and shop items will remain the same.
Goddess of Victory: NIKKE is available on mobile devices and the PC version will be released in the near future.
