Unveiled by the company Go On Board, The Witcher: Old World is a new board game anchored in the fantastic universe of the witcher.
Łukasz Woźniak, author of board games such as Valhalla and Titans, will soon offer us his new creation taken from the world of Andrzej Sapkowski. The Witcher : Old World is intended for 2-5 players and sets its frame before Geralt’s adventures. After completing your witcher training, the game will let you take part in an adventure filled with difficult choices, contracts to complete and monster or rival fights.
The project will be the subject of a fundraising campaign on the platform Kickstarter from May 2021. The release is then scheduled for the following year, in April 2022. The only official languages are currently English and Polish, but others are under negotiation.
Recall that in 2014, we were also entitled to The Witcher Adventure Game, a board game available in physical version with everything that includes figurines, cards and boards, and in digital version on PC and mobile. He invited us to play as a choice of four characters from the series, including Geralt de Riv, with a view to completing missions.
