The Last of Us PC saw Sony’s fourth concurrent players on Steam
As seen by the folks at PushSquare, as of March 31, the PC port of The Last of Us Part 1 has garnered the fourth-most concurrent players on Steam for a first-party Sony game.
With 36,496 concurrent players, The Last of Us managed to surpass the number of Days Gone (27,450). Naughty Dog’s success ranks below Horizon Zero Dawn, whose highest concurrent number is 56,557.
Here’s how games published by Sony rank overall in terms of concurrent players:
- God of War – 73,529
- Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered – 66,436
- Horizon Zero Dawn — 56,557
- The Last of Us: Part I — 36,496
- Days spent: 27,450
- Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales — 13,539
- Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection – 10,851
- Return — 6,691

We imagine that number would have been much higher if The Last of Us hadn’t launched in an abyssal state. However, it is not too late to make amends. Naughty Dog is working hard to fix things and has already released two patches.
