Following up on Hardcore last month, The Callisto Protocol will be releasing a wave of additional content bundled together in a package called Contagion next week.
Since its launch, The Callisto Protocol, set to be available from December 2022, has generated a lot of buzz, but this hasn’t stopped many players from enjoying the adventures of Jacob Lee, which are far from over. Striking Distance is currently preparing for the arrival of new content, the first of which was released last month. This will continue with the introduction of a new game mode in the second wave of content.
The Contagion package arrives in The Callisto Protocol
Starting next week, the studio will offer Season Pass holders the opportunity to discover the Contagion pack, which will include various additional content. The first mode, Transmission, will offer players the chance to immerse themselves in what the developers describe as “the ultimate survival horror experience”. The objective will be to finish the adventure with fewer ammunition and healing items, personalized difficulty, and, above all, the activation of a permanent death system. It is a mode where errors are not allowed.
Death is only the beginning when the #ContagionBundle It arrives on March 14.

This update will also mark the arrival of fourteen new ways to die, for an increasingly brutal and ingeniously naughty experience. Finally, like the last update, a new cosmetic pack called “Lookout” will be offered. All of this will then be available from March 14th. Remember, in passing, that the game’s Season Pass is currently on sale for €28.49 on all platforms, and it will offer new content until the summer of 2023.
The Callisto Protocol is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
