That Star Wars Jedi: Survivor didn’t come out in the best shape possible is something we already know. That they are actively working on improving performance and the study also got to work. Both facts are true, but that doesn’t mean PC user dissatisfaction is high enough. With many negative reviews on Steam, the community came up with their first sentence, though many simply said they should wait for patches to play it.
Despite all this, Respawn, the development studio responsible for the video game, wanted to release a statement apologizing due to performance issues and glitches that led to the new “Star Wars” on desktop computers. And it is that there have been many players who, even with the last generation PC, have had problems with the frame rate per second, among other things.
Respawn continues to improve the game
“We are aware that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor does not perform to our standards. for a certain percentage of our PC gamers, especially those with high-end or dedicated PCs,” the statement begins.
“While there is no single, all-encompassing solution for PC performance, the team has been working on fixes that we believe will improve performance in a wide range of configurations. We are committed to fixing these problems as quickly as possible, but each patch requires extensive testing to ensure that we do not introduce new problems”, they continue, thus explaining part of their working methodology.
“We would like to thank you for your understanding and apologize to players who are experiencing issues.. We will continue to monitor performance across all platforms and share full details on new updates as they become available.”
In this way, the study wanted to acknowledge its error, apologizing for the erratic launch, while recovering its commitment to improve performance with new patches and updates.
