A couple of days ago the most recent Splatoon 3 Direct was held, which brought with it different news about the long-awaited Nintendo Switch game. However, the delivery site itself has confirmed one more: users who have save data from Splatoon 2 will be able to get a bonus for the third installment.
As you probably remember, Splatoon is a few weeks away from launching for the Nintendo Switch, so we are learning more and more about everything it will offer.
On this occasion, a bonus has been confirmed that the most loyal fans of the saga will be able to obtain, since according to the Nintendo website, the save data of Splatoon 2 will grant you special rewards and benefits in the game.
What exactly is it about? Everything indicates that it will include 3 Gold Sheldon licenses that you can redeem for main weapons, the ability to join Anarchy Battles from the beginning of the game and even start the game with a higher rank (depending on which one you have in Splatoon 2).
It is worth mentioning that you can only transfer your save data to Splatoon 3 once, and they must be on the same system and user account.
We remind you that Splatoon 3 will arrive exclusively on the Nintendo Switch on September 9, so we will be waiting to report any news that arises before the time of its launch arrives.
