Spike Chunsoft has released six new artwork and six new character profiles for its upcoming release, Master Detective Archives: Rain Code. A title that presents us with an adventure with a marked detective tone starring characters known as Master Detectives, characters that have a special ability, each of them different.
World Detectives Organization, is the name of the “extralegal” organization that was dedicated to solving the unsolved mysteries of the world. Its branches exist all over the world, one of which is the Night Detective Agency in Kanai Ward. Protagonist Yuma Kokohead suffers from amnesia. His background is unknown, but he was in possession of documents indicating that he had been sent to Kanai district as a trainee detective for the agency.
Featured characters are; Vivia Twilight, Aphex Logan, Zange Eraser, Zilch Alexander, Desuhiko Thunderbolt, and Halara Nightmare. Each with their respective abilities, from spectral projections and mind control of animals, to shape shifting and body shifting.
Master Detective Archives: Rain Code is coming to Nintendo Switch on June 30, 2023 in North America and Europe with physical editions.
