As of March 3, 2023, the Japanese Roblox Adopt Me Egg has been replaced by the new Southeast Asia Limited Legendary Egg. As the name suggests, this egg introduces a dozen new pets native to Southeast Asia, such as the Malaysian tapir and the Komodo dragon. Over the next week or two, the player-to-player trading market will no doubt be saturated with these pets, including new neon variants for those lucky enough or wealthy to increase the maturity rate of their companions. Probably the most coveted pet is Southeast Asia’s legendary flagship egg: the tree kangaroo.

All Southeast Asian Egg Pets in Adopt Me

If you’re new to Roblox Adopt Me, you can get the new Southeast Asian Egg by heading to the Hatchery, a building in the middle of Adoption Island’s central plaza. After entering, turn left at the entrance and enter the hall with several egg vendors. The Southeast Asian egg supplier is the big chewing gum machine between Holly and Doug. An egg will cost you $750. If you’re curious about any possible Southeast Asian egg drops in Roblox Adopt Me, here’s a short list of each animal and their hatch chance:

  • Bali Starling (Common) – 35% chance
  • Malayan Tapir (Common) – 35% chance
  • Maleo Bird (Common) – 35% chance
  • Yellow-Lipped Sea Krait (Uncommon) – 25% chance

How to Get the Tree Kangaroo in Roblox Adopt Me

As you can see from the index above, Roblox Adopt Me’s Legendary Tree Kangaroo has a low 4% chance of hatching from the Southeast Asian egg. In our case, we were unlucky and got the Banded Palm Civet. If you are low on money or have no money at all, there are three options to try to unlock the tree-kangaroo:

  • Farm piece in a Baby/Animal duo.
  • Spend Robux for instant money.
  • Find someone willing to trade in their legendary tree-kangaroo.
