Skyrim launched 11 years, 3 months, and 22 days ago, and it seems like every day another player is shocked by the revelation that horses are narcos.
To put it in less vulgar terms, the horses of Skyrim can report any crime you commit; in fact, this does not only apply to horses. As the unofficial Elder Scrolls wiki says (opens in a new tab), “Animals can also witness crimes, so you must kill them to clear yourself.”
This leads to some particularly ridiculous situations when it comes to stealing horses, as a horse is technically capable of witnessing its own theft, unless of course you sneak up on the horse before stealing it. Then the horse won’t realize it’s been stolen, because that’s how video game logic works.
Obviously, none of this makes intuitive sense, and players are still stunned by the revelation the horses will give the police to date. A tweet from an Elder Scrolls meme account about horse drug trafficking recently went viral, and the replies to this tweet clearly show that people are still learning about the ins and outs of horse theft.
And really, a quick Google will take you to some (Opens in a new tab) Reddit (Opens in a new tab) Thread (Opens in a new tab) or (Opens in a new tab) Other (Opens in a new tab) d a given year when another unlucky player is killed by undercover horses. Luckily modders have taken over the animal crime division – just search for something like No Animals Report Crimes, or NARC, on Nexus Mods (Opens in a new tab). But if you don’t know your horse is going to sell you, you don’t know how to try to shut him up, do you?
You think Starfield Ship Customization Will this allow you to prevent your ship from telling the galactic authorities everything you have done?
