Budding pirates will soon be able to sail the seas again, as Sea of Thieves, the multiplayer title from Microsoft, is about to welcome its very first season.
Although Sea of Thieves is getting ready to celebrate its third birthday, Rare continues to update her baby. To prove it once again, the studio announces on the official Twitter of the game the imminent arrival of Season One. Indeed, this new content will be available from next week, i.e. from January 28, 2021.
This first season will run for three months and will offer players new rewards, new events, a new type of mission in the Merchant Alliance (detective missions), as well as progression over 100 levels. Note that a Plunder Pass will also appear. The latter, paying, will allow its owners to obtain ever more rewards.
