Gameplay Resident Evil Village: We take a tour of the PS5 demo (in 4K)
Announced during yesterday’s Resident Evil Showcase, the Resident Evil Village demo is now available on PS5. About fifteen minutes long (taking your time), it focuses on the atmosphere by not offering, for example, any action scene.
Making us play a young woman prisoner (and not Ethan Winters, the hero of the game), the demo begins in the dungeons of the castle and continues upstairs. All of this allows us to take advantage of the prowess of the RE Engine (especially with regard to lighting), and also offers some small surprises that we let you discover.
Let’s close by recalling that a second demo, this time available on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X / S, but also on PS4 and Xbox One, will arrive next spring. The game is expected on all media for May 07, 2021.
