All Resident Evil Village owners will receive Resident Evil Re: Verse for free.
Scheduled for PS4, Xbox One and PC by next May, Resident Evil Re:Verse will be backwards compatible on PS5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. Developed to celebrate 25 years of Resident Evil and entirely designed for multiplayer, it will feature popular characters (Leon, Claire, Nemesis, Mr. X, Hunk, Chris , Ada and Jack Baker) licensed from the Japanese Publisher Capcom in four- to six-player clashes at iconic locations like the Racoon City Police Station. While Resident Evil Re: Verse will accompany the launch of Resident Evil Village, it does not use the same graphics engine, preferring to stand out with cel-shaded visuals.

- Turn the Tide with Biological Weapons: When your character is eliminated, he transforms into a terrifying biological weapon. Collect the virus capsules to transform yourself into an even more powerful biological weapon! If you kill your assassin as a biological weapon, you get even more points.
